Dust off that Gi and come on over to the Hombu Dojo for a bit of Training with Shihan.
Perhaps you have not been for a while and miss the comeraderie of those friends you made when you were doing karate. Perhaps you have a friend that might be keen to learn.
Come along this Sunday. $70 Insurance coverage must be paid prior to training. All sessions $15 each. Free to current financial members.
Casual Sunday is held on the last Sunday of each month.

The future of your club depends on what you put into it - please attend this meeting.
This meeting takes place straight after Casual Sunday training. Make a day of it. Bring the kids for training from 10:30 and then have a fee lunch with us. The kids can go and have a play all together while we hold the meeting.
